Hand-Spun and Hand Dyed Yarns and other unique creations

The Shetland Sheep is the smallest of the British Long Wool breeds and is prized for its fine wools. Our
Shetland sheep are sheared with care to prevent second cuts and then heavily skirted. We scour the wool with
gentle detergents, here to avoid raising the scales which may make it itchy, instead of sending it out where harsh
chemicals may be used. Pure Shetland Wool yarns and Fun Blends are then hand-spun after they have been
processed.
Where do Sweaters come from? Well they start here !
